Please note that the frame and panels of this door are manufactured by default in Moisture-Resistant Composite Material unless you select from a variety of Available Woods or Engineered Wood (but the design is always made of Moisture-Resistant Composite Material because it does not expand or contract like natural wood would with changes in weather and humidity, preventing the door from breaking or cracking).

If you have not selected one of the standard finishes, we suggest painting the door within one week of delivery. Wood is a natural material that can be affected by humidity, temperature fluctuation, and exposure to sunlight. We are not liable for damage due to an unfinished surface or lack of adequate protection.

Add at least 2" inches or more to the width and 1" inch or more to height e.g. your wall opening is 30" x 80" inches so your door dimensions at least should be 32" x 81" inches or more for a perfect fit.
